Faculty Goal
Philosophy
To improve health in West Africa by training community physicians who deliver high-quality healthcare, provide leadership, and conduct research that informs policy and enhances health services in rural and urban communities.
To produce community physicians with the knowledge and skills to provide effective healthcare, offer leadership, and guide policy and service delivery in the Sub-region and beyond.
Community health focuses on disease prevention, health promotion, and environmental control while considering community values and practices that may affect service delivery
